Who we are
Warp Racers: Cosmic Lanes ("the Game") is provided by KRAEVN Games ("we", "us"). When you use the Game or buy anything in it, you are contracting with KRAEVN Games.
Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game. You must be of legal age to make purchases, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The service
The Game is a browser and mobile arcade space racer. Optional purchases include Blueprint Shard packs, Galactic Credit packs (one-time digital items used only inside the Game) and the VIP Pilot Pass, a monthly subscription that doubles credits from sector wins and removes ads. In-game items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the Game. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Game.
Your account
You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.
Acceptable use
You must not: use the Game unlawfully; commit fraud, chargeback abuse or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; distribute malware, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, cheat, exploit bugs or interfere with the Game's security or servers; or resell or redistribute the Game or its items.
AI race coach
Post-race tips are generated automatically by an AI service from anonymous race stats. They may be inaccurate and are for entertainment only. We may filter or withhold coach output at any time.
Intellectual property
We own the Game and all related software, artwork, music, ships, documentation and the KRAEVN Games and Warp Racers branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The VIP Pilot Pass renews monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals. Service level
We work to keep the Game running smoothly but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Features, balance and content may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data or profits), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Game at any time and request deletion of your account.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
