If you're not satisfied with a purchase — a Shard pack, Credit pack or the VIP Pilot Pass — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email us at kraevnstudios@gmail.com and we'll help.

Subscriptions

You can cancel the VIP Pilot Pass at any time to stop future renewals. Refund requests for a renewal payment are also accepted within 30 days of that payment.

After a refund

Refunded in-game items may be removed from your wallet.
